We build the Mazda3 with a specially developed exhaust technology which uses fewer precious metals than previously. We use nanotechnology in the catalyst to improve the after-treatment performance of the exhaust gases, thereby reducing the amount of precious metals required.

So this is one more innovation that makes this environmental car even more sustainable and efficient than ever before.
